Innovation Center Phase I has a total construction area of 140,000 square meters, comprising 6 independent corporate headquarters buildings (with a single building area of 10,000-19,000 square meters), 1 commercial supporting building of 420 square meters and 1 shared office building of 2,400 square meters.

Innovation Center Phase II covers a land area of 2.41 hectares with a total construction area of 126,000 square meters. It is planned with 9 buildings, integrating a diverse range of business formats including multi-storey R&D office buildings, talent apartments and commercial supporting facilities. A composite open block is built to fully meet the development needs of pilot and trial production R&D as well as industry-city integration.

For the building facades of the project, broken-bridge aluminum alloy doors and windows paired with insulating Low-E glass and unitized curtain wall systems are adopted as the priority solution. The core performances of high air tightness and low heat transfer coefficient are emphatically enhanced to fully highlight the energy-saving advantages of the buildings.
