Product quality lies at the heart of Kronos’ corporate development. All products undergo regular, rigorous testing and certification by internationally and domestically recognized inspection bodies, ensuring that every performance indicator meets or exceeds industry standards. In addition to third-party verification, Kronos has established a comprehensive internal quality management system. Each batch of products must pass strict factory inspections before shipment, including raw material checks, in-process sampling, and final performance tests, guaranteeing that every product meets high standards in dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, weather resistance, and more.

Through multi-layered quality control and continuous improvement, Kronos not only ensures product consistency and reliability but also actively upholds its quality commitment to customers and the market.

All the raw materials are subjected to strict incoming inspection at the time of entry

We insist on controlling quality at the source. All raw materials must undergo three strict inspections upon entry: composition, performance, and appearance. For composition, we precisely test the glass fiber (GF) content to ensure the reinforcement structure meets standards;

For performance, we strictly control the raw material moisture content to prevent processing defects. This ensures 100% compliance of all key indicators with both national standards and our more stringent internal specifications, laying a solid foundation for the excellence and stability of our products.

All batches of Kronos's Polyamide insulating profiles are subject to a rigorous inspection process before delivery.

To ensure the lasting performance and consistent quality of each thermal break strip, we strictly adhere to the EN 14024 standard and have established a precise, end-to-end inspection system that covers materials to finished products.

At the Knossos Laboratory, every batch undergoes key tests for Shore hardness, tensile strength, high-temperature resistance, density, and glass fiber content. Dimensional accuracy and appearance are subject to 100% inspection. All data confirms that our products fully meet standards for mechanical performance, long-term reliability, and assembly precision.
